Lowes Foods is seeking a Guest Service Manager to supervise the front porch and ensure every guest enjoys the fastest, most pleasant checkout experience through consistent application of Guest Service Standards and policies. You will train and develop front porch hosts, coordinate with the Store Manager, manage cash and invoicing processes, and uphold cash office security while delivering accurate reports.

Responsabilités

• Maintain guest service standards on the front porch.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, loans, and approvals promptly and professionally.
• Ensure front porch and parking lot areas are clean and orderly.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Process invoices, cash reports, and beer/wine payments.
• Maintain cash office security and cash handling accountability.
