• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Guest Service Standards and policies at all times.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and check approvals promptly.
• Keep front porch clean and parking lot free of debris.
• Model positive behavior in appearance and integrity.
• Block off unused check lanes when not in use.
• Enforce front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Provide training and direction to hosts not meeting standards.
• Communicate problem areas to the guest service manager.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and maintain sales data.
• Process invoices and transfers; beer/wine payments.
• Process daily cash deposits and payroll-related tasks.
• Ensure cash office security and cashier accountability.
• Generate and review cashier performance reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
