Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards and procedures across the front porch.
• Train and direct hosts to meet service levels and perform in daily operations.
• Prepare weekly cash reports and manage sales information.
• Process invoices, transfers, and beer/wine payments.
• Handle bank deposits and payroll-related cash activities.
• Ensure cash office security and accuracy of tills.
• Monitor cashier performance and conduct audits.
