• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and uphold Guest Service Standards and No Noticeable Wait policy on the front porch.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to create schedules meeting service levels.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed and to follow daily call-up lists.
• Handle guest and host requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and check approvals promptly and professionally.
• Keep front porch and parking lot clean, neat, and free of debris and clutter.
• Model professional appearance and behavior for front porch staff.
• Ensure unused lanes are properly blocked when not in use and monitor related policies.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to hosts to maintain service levels.
