Responsibilities

• Maintenance of Guest Service Standards.
• Ensures that front porch standards are met at all times.
• Works with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to plan staffing within labor guides.
• Trains cashiers to call additional hosts to the front porch as needed.
• Handles guest requests, refunds, loans, pickups, voids, and approvals promptly.
• Keeps front porch clean, neat, and free of debris; parking lot tidy.
• Acts as a positive role model in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Blocks unused check lanes when not in use.
• Monitors and enforces front porch policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Provides training and direction to hosts not meeting front porch standards.
• Communicates issues to guest service manager and hosts.
• Gives ongoing feedback to hosts to maintain front porch service levels.
• Prepares weekly cash reports and related documentation.
• Maintains sales-related information.
• Processes invoices and transfers, including beer/wine payments.
• Prepares bank deposits per policy.
• Handles payroll check approval/cashing per policy.
• Maintains accurate daily cash count.
• Handles guest needs such as money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, etc.
• Processes returned checks per policy.
• Ensures cash office security and accountability of cashier tills.
• Maintains supplies for front porch and cash office.
• Monitors Operator Activity Reports and performs audits as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
