Job summary

Dimension Hospitality in Princeton, NJ seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and support daily front desk operations.

You will communicate with guests and other departments, answer questions, process payments, and help create memorable stays. Weekend/holiday shifts may be required; prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
