Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive, focusing on personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and respond to questions or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and collect IDs and payment forms.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
