Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team as a part-time front desk professional. You will greet guests, manage welcome amenities, assist VIPs, answer calls, and handle cash with proper controls. A one-year Front Desk Ops background and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and transfer as needed
• Responsible for issued bank; count bank at beginning and end of shift; report cash over/shorts to management
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PII data following proper procedures
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and verify IDs and payment
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
