The position requires at least one year in front desk operations, solid knowledge of hotel front desk procedures, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide personal recognition.
• Answer phone calls within three rings and direct queries appropriately.
• Assist with lobby setup and maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Handle guest PPI data with care and follow security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
