Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures and guest accommodations.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized and support lobby activation as needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report discrepancies to management.
