Job summary

RRI, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Representative in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The GSR is responsible for maintaining positive guest interactions, managing reservations, and ensuring financial accountability for the hotel operations.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively. Duties include handling guest requests and complaints, performing cash handling, and preparing daily reports.

The position may require working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a previous customer service position required.
• Must maintain professional appearance in provided uniform.
• Basic English communication (verbal and written) skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly greeting and perform all guest related services.
• Handle reservation requests and guest check-in/out.
• Perform daily cash count and prepare bank deposits.
• Complete reporting for daily occupancy and revenue.
• Communicate with management about guest or room issues.
• Cross train in all front desk shifts and train new hires.
• Assist in coordinating special events as needed.
