Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our team in a part-time capacity in Ann Arbor, MI. The role focuses on greeting guests, arranging amenities, and delivering exceptional hospitality with a strong emphasis on personal recognition.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, VIP assistance, and maintaining a welcoming lobby. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and assist in preparing welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to room and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank; count bank at beginning and end of shift; report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data properly.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and obtain IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
