Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs and reservations, and support smooth front desk operations. You will interact with guests daily, resolve questions, process payments, and help create memorable stays in a friendly, professional environment.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless experience, strengthen customer service skills, and contribute to a welcoming lobby atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
