Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and assists with welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in before arrival.
• Answer the phone within three rings with a friendly demeanor.
• Handle cash with proper cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation when needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures and verify IDs and payment methods.
• Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
