Schulte Hospitality Group in Florida is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, manage arrivals, and ensure a warm, seamless check-in experience that reflects our service culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in front desk operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and answer questions accordingly.
• Handle issued bank, count bank at start and end of shift with proper cash handling.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures to protect guest PII data.
• Obtain identification documents and payment forms at check-in.
• Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties to meet business objectives.
