Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team and deliver outstanding hospitality at our property. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and assist with front desk operations while upholding service standards across all interactions.

The role requires at least one year in Front Desk operations, strong communication skills, and a commitment to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal recognition.
• Escort VIPs and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer calls promptly with a smile and assist or transfer.
• Count bank and handle cash according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Handle guest PPI data per proper procedures.
• Assist with lobby activation and other duties as needed.
• Meet business objectives and support team as required.
