Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in before arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer calls as needed.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
