Responsibilities

• Greet guests and recognize them personally upon arrival.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and escort VIPs to rooms as needed.
• Answer phone calls within three rings with a smile and provide information.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
• Process cash handling and reporting as per procedures.
• Protect guest PPI data and follow privacy guidelines.
• Support lobby activation and other duties as assigned.
