Qualifications

• Front desk experience preferred; minimum 1 year.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong time management and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone promptly with a smile and direct inquiries as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report cash discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data following proper procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and collect IDs and payment methods.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
