Job summary

Home2 Nashville is hiring a Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will support smooth front desk operations and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires Night Audit availability a minimum of 2 shifts per week and offers a $1.00 per hour shift differential. Strong customer service and computer skills are essential, and previous hotel experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist with check ins, check outs, room assignments, and reservations
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues promptly
• Operate the front desk system and process payments
• Communicate with housekeeping and other departments
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner
• Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when needed
• Provide local information and general hotel assistance
