Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Handle reservations, room changes, cancellations, and guest requests.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions following hotel procedures.
• Answer phones and direct requests or messages as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with overnight shifts including nightly audit tasks and balance checks.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
