Chartwell Hospitality seeks a Night Auditor to safeguard nightly revenue and balance across hotel ops in Nashville. You will oversee front desk cash flows, post and report for rooms and outlets, and provide management with clear performance insights.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with accounting background preferred. Weekend availability is required, and you will engage guests at the front desk while supporting hotel finance functions.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Accounting background preferred but not required.
• Ability to compile facts and figures with care.
• Excellent telephone and in-person communication skills.
• Ability to lift luggage up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of hotel accounting for all areas of hotel operations are processed correctly and accurately.
• Audit, balance, post and report on front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.
• Provide rooms management with a clear picture of their performance using the data gathered.
• Run the night audit final, after ensuring all revenue is in balance.
• Attend to guest needs at the front desk.
• Must be available to work weekends.
