Formación

• Prior experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Balance accounts from day shift and reconcile as needed.
• Manage front desk activity including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and concierge services per guest preferences.
• Balance and audit accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle requests and complaints and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Answer internal and external calls and inquiries.
