Macy's is looking for an At Your Service Center Colleague who will help deliver a seamless shopping experience. You will support BOPS, returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy's service standards and selling with hospitality.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and you will help keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming for every customer who walks in.

Responsibilities

• Support all At Your Service activities including BOPS, returns, order pickups, and related tasks.
• Provide friendly, customer-focused service while helping meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting selling space and pickup areas.
• Assist customers in total store fulfillment and process transactions using required systems.
• Close interactions with a sincere thank-you and explanation of loyalty benefits.
