Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups and related tasks.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and collect customer details for follow-up.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, customer-first environment.
