Job summary

Westin San Antonio North is looking for a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Front Office operations, including personnel, budget performance, and financial controls. The role requires at least one year of supervising three associates and two years in the service industry, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

You will lead a professional team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage PMS, and maintain service excellence across all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience supervising (at least) three associates.
• Two years’ experience in service industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional cohesive team by training, coaching, counseling and developing the most qualified individuals.
• Promote positive morale and friendly attitudes.
• Work within budgeted guidelines for maximum revenues and labor models.
• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
