Job summary

Westin Riverwalk, San Antonio is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive adherence to brand standards and corporate policies while achieving financial goals.

You will lead guest service agents, manage check-in/out, resolve complaints, train staff, and maintain accurate records using the property management system. Prior hospitality experience and strong communication essential.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficient calculator use for moderately complex calculations.
• Ability to input and retrieve information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform behind the front desk.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing front office operations to meet customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide accurate information on hours and local attractions.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes and input guest data into the system.
• Resolve guest complaints after thorough research and effective problem solving.
