Von Maur is seeking a Customer Service Counter Associate to keep the store connected as a reliable source of information and support. In a fast-paced department, you’ll impact multiple areas of our store services.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering calls, handling charge accounts, packing orders, and maintaining a clean counter. On-site availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the customer experience – greet customers warmly and thank every guest.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct callers appropriately.
• Provide customer charge account services and answer customer questions.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases and online orders for shipment.
• Handle store cash work and prepare bank deposits.
• Maintain a clean and organized department.
• Be available to work on-site for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
