Von Maur is seeking a Customer Service Counter Associate to support our store by delivering friendly, reliable information and assistance. You will greet customers, answer calls, manage accounts, and wrap purchases for shipment, ensuring accuracy and care in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide friendly, reliable assistance.
• Answer the telephone professionally and direct customers as needed.
• Open customer charge accounts, accept payments and answer questions.
• Prepare, box, and wrap purchases for shipment or pickup.
• Manage cash deposits and counter procedures with accuracy.
• Keep the department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Be available to work on-site for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
