The Woodhouse Day Spa - Carmel, Fishers & Zionsville is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments from our central center. You’ll listen, recommend services, and secure bookings, helping deliver a five-star guest experience.

We value outstanding communication, data accuracy, and the ability to upsell services. You’ll book in Meevo, collect card details, and collaborate with multiple locations.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening
• Comfort with sales conversations and suggesting upgrades
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting
• Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs
• Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations
• Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation
• Resolve guest concerns and follow up with at-risk guests
