As the first point of contact, you’ll manage the booking book, support phones and inquiries, and help maintain a polished, guest-centered front desk. The role offers growth toward leadership with ongoing training and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest.
• Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment.
• Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings.
• Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries.
