Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa in Fishers, IN is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience, a friendly, professional demeanor, and comfort learning booking and POS software. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

• Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries
