Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments from our central Guest Service Center. This revenue-generating role rewards strong listening and service with measurable bookings and KPIs.

You’ll handle inbound calls, recommend services, and secure bookings while maintaining data accuracy and a courteous, five-star guest experience across locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with sales conversations and suggesting upgrades.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting.
• Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs.
• Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations.
• Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed, secured appointments from our central Guest Service Center. This is a revenue-generating role where your ability to listen, recommend the right services, and secure bookings directly impacts business performance.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting
• Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs
• Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations
• Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation
• Resolve guest concerns and follow up with at-risk guests

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based

What Success Looks Like

• Achieving a 35%+ enhancement/upsell rate
