Job summary

Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments from our central Guest Service Center. This is a revenue-generating role where your ability to listen, recommend the right services, and secure bookings directly impacts business performance.

You will answer inbound calls, book appointments in Meevo, and secure cards on file to hold reservations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with sales conversations and suggesting upgrades.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting.
• Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs.
• Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations.
• Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation.
• Resolve guest concerns and follow up with at-risk guests.
