Shamin Hotels in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Guest Service Agent to check guests in and out, assist with reservations, and answer questions about the hotel and local area. You will handle keys, payments, and guest records, coordinate with the front desk and bell staff, and support a warm, efficient guest experience on the afternoon shift.

Strong front desk experience and reliable transportation are valued; high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
