Job summary

The Kingston Resorts is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for an on-call position at the Hilton Resort, Myrtle Beach. You will greet guests, answer calls, process reservations, and assist with guest requests to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities include handling guest histories, resolving issues, and coordinating with other departments. Flexible weekends and holidays are required; EOE statements apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years: Guest Service Agent experience
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings with proper salutations and etiquette
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and room products
• Resolve guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, daily activities, and room products
• Answer telephone calls within 3 rings with correct salutations and etiquette
• Describe room accommodations and amenities
• Accommodate special requests and record in the system
• Access guest history records to provide personalized service
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
• Present folio to guests and handle disputes
• Support departments with guest information as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
