Qualifications

• Must have open availability and willing to work all weekends.
• Must be 21 or older to drive airport shuttle.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face of the hotel for guests entering and departing.
• Check guests in and out, promote programs, manage guest records, cash handling, and resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including possible food prep and setup.
• Maintain a high standard of integrity and hospitality and promote the Drury culture.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a positive service attitude.
