Job summary

Drury Hotels in Nashville is seeking a friendly front desk team member to warmly welcome guests, check in/out, and promote our programs. Cross-training across food & beverage will be required, including breakfast and Kickback service in the evening.

You must be at least 21 to drive our airport shuttle, have open weekend availability, and be able to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Competitive benefits and bonus opportunities apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, professional demeanor while assisting guests.
• Ability to handle cash, make change, and use office equipment.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work weekends and open availability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out at the front desk and promote company programs.
• Maintain guest records and ensure guest satisfaction; handle guest issues.
• Assist with breakfast and evening Kickback service, possibly including food prep and serving.
• Maintain high standard of integrity and hospitality in Drury culture.
