Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face at the front desk for arriving and departing guests.
• Check guests in/out, promote hotel programs, and maintain records.
• Assist with breakfast service and evening Kickback duties as needed.
• Ensure guest experiences meet Drury’s service standards and resolve issues promptly.
