The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and flexibility to work weekends/nights. We value diverse backgrounds and a genuine passion for hospitality in a lively, boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to learn menu, product and allergy information for guests.
• Familiarity with or ability to learn the restaurant POS and reservation systems.
• Excellent communication skills and passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet restaurant guests and provide information when asked.
• Coordinate reservations and seating for daily and nightly service.
• Maintain host stand paperwork, stocking, and tidiness.
• Receive calls and book reservations for guests.
• Take room service orders if applicable.
• Monitor floor and tables for accuracy and cleanliness; assist in bussing tables.
• Assist servers by refilling beverages when needed.
• Perform other restaurant and customer service tasks as needed.
