Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking a Guest Services Reservation Specialist to manage hotel room requests and communicate between guests and staff. You will stay informed about occupancy, rates, and packages to provide accurate information and top-tier service.

Responsibilities include processing reservations, coordinating with Front Office and Sales, operating the phone system, and using the PMS to manage charges and guest privacy.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process hotel room reservation requests.
• Provide information on room types, rates, and packages.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments for guest service.
• Operate a computer-based telephone system routing calls to appropriate departments.
• Use the property management system for room charges and guest privacy.
• Confirm wakeup calls via IP Agent system.
• Assist guests with special requests and issue resolution.
