Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a PBX Operator at Sandia Resort & Casino to manage the computer-based telephone system, routing calls and delivering prompt service to guests and staff.

Using HotSOS and the property management system, you will assist with guest charges, wake-up calls, reservations, and guest requests while maintaining privacy and accuracy. A high school diploma and one year in a hotel or resort are required, along with background checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a hotel or resort.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Pre-employment screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates PBX and routes calls to appropriate departments.
• Uses HotSOS to handle guest issues and requests.
• Supports Front Desk with room charges and guest privacy in the PMS.
• Posts guest charges and confirms wakeup calls via IP Agent.
• Handles restaurant reservations and guest communications.
