Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking a team-oriented entry-level hospitality associate to deliver exceptional guest service and assist with beverage preparation and retail transactions.

You will keep the dining area clean and organized, handle cash accurately, and follow safety and sanitation standards. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience may be substituted by relevant work experience or education.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with retail purchases and preparation of beverages.
• Communicate needs for products and equipment to the restaurant manager in a timely manner.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Complete computer assisted training as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitary standards; handle food items with gloves and tongs as required.
• Perform cash handling and accurate guest transactions; follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and report to work on schedule.
