Job summary

Fortune Bay Resort Casino is seeking a Reservationist to handle reservations, quote rates, and maximize room revenue while maintaining guest service standards. You will update profiles, answer inquiries, and provide directions to the property via phone, email, or in person.

The role requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, overnight shift availability, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy in bookings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ability to learn hotel property management systems.
Basic math skills to reconcile transactions and balance reports.
Ability to work overnight and on weekends/holidays as needed.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Handle hotel reservations in a friendly, efficient manner and quote available rates.
Maintain accurate booking records and profiles.
Assist guests with inquiries about services, hours, and directions.
Prepare and send confirmation emails or letters to customers.
Communicate promotions and events to guests and understand loyalty programs.
