Job summary

Viejas is seeking a Guest Services/Reservations Agent to handle guest calls, describe rooms and rates, and enter bookings into the central reservation system. You will manage room inventory and assist with waitlists while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in guest service, ability to type 35 WPM, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with a busy hospitality environment and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Handles guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Inputs and confirms bookings accurately in the reservation system.
• Maintains current knowledge of room inventory, rates, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls within three rings and assists guests.
• Enters guest bookings into central reservation systems accurately.
• Maintains inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
• Offers alternative dates and waitlists when needed.
• Acts as concierge with directions and local information.
• Welcomes guests per company standards and ensures satisfaction.
