Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Coordinator to perform operations tasks including tour reception, gifting, and contract processing in line with SOPs.

The role involves greeting guests, qualifying tours, and providing exceptional service to both guests and sales staff at our Phoenix location. Responsibilities include data entry into Central Reservations Systems, preparing and reconciling gifts and contracts, and assisting with administrative support across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of general office experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests and collect/validate guest information.
• Assign tours to Sales Agents and support Sales & Marketing as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service; answer phones professionally and assist with contract questions.
• Process and reconcile gifts, tours, and contracts; manage data entry into CRS/Epiphany.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, and site statistics for the Contract Department.
• Maintain documents per procedures and protect sensitive owner information.
