Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service, ideally retail or service environment.
• Strong communication skills and friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak times.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales process and guest interactions to create a positive experience.
• Assist with merchandising, store cleanliness, and operational tasks.
• Provide product information and recommendations to guests.
• Handle account reviews and customer inquiries during busy periods.
• Participate in NHU training within 30 days of starting.
