Sky Zone is seeking an Operations Manager in Santa Clarita to lead daily park operations onsite. You will supervise team leads and frontline staff, coach in real time, and partner with the GM on labor strategy and safety procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and hands-on leadership to maintain guest flow and brand standards in a busy entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience leading teams.
• Experience overseeing daily operations in a guest-facing setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach in real time.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily park execution, including staffing, guest flow, inventory and cleanliness.
• Collaborate on labor strategy, scheduling and safety procedures.
• Oversee guest experiences and respond to issues with urgency and empathy.
• Coach, onboard and train team members; support hiring efforts.
