Job summary

Sky Zone in Santa Clarita, CA is hiring a part-time Team Lead to oversee daily operations in the Operations department. You will lead on the floor, act as MOD when leaders are off-site, and ensure a safe, high-energy guest experience.

You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, coaching team members, driving guest engagement, and supporting opening/closing procedures while upholding Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present; ensure operational excellence and safety.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members across departments.
• Fill in across Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events, etc., to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Communicate guest issues and safety concerns to the Management Team.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
