Sky Zone in Santa Clarita, CA seeks a part-time onsite Team Lead to supervise operations, shift leadership, and guest experiences across multiple areas. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when senior leaders are away.

You must be at least 18, with 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles and prior supervisory experience. POS and Office familiarity are preferred, with weekend/evening availability and a strong

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite/Teams; comfortable learning new platforms.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are unavailable, coaching and delegating to team members across departments to ensure guest experiences and safety.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings; mentor staff in customer engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports as needed; ensure opening/closing procedures and shift readiness.
• Lead front desk performance and sales while delivering Sky Zone's WOW service standards and coach teams to improve conversions.
• Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings; manage scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities.
• Manage inventory and ordering for cafe items; ensure health and safety standards and park cleanliness; lead facilities projects to enhance guest experience.
• Part-time Flex Lead available on weekends; rotate to cover breaks and time off.
